- Minimum ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) V.3 Foundation and ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) V.3 Practitioner Support & Restore (Incident & Problem) certificate holder
- Excellent English (minimum TOEIC 750)
