Requirements:

• Education background:
  • S1 graduates with at least 1 (one) year experience on the same job function
  • D3 graduates with at least 2 (two) years experience on the same job function
  • Senior High School with at least 8 (eight) years experience on the same job function
• Good English TOEIC 600
• Good knowledge and experience using Call Ticket owned by Company (HP Service Manager or other tool)
• Good communication and negotiation skills with customer
• Has telephone courtesy soft-skill
