- At least 3 years experience as CDO, CSR preferably at the coal/mining company
- Good relationship with Community, Government Institution and Non Government Organization
- Posses good concepts on Community Development, Community Empowerment and Local Business Development Program
- Able to work with people from various levels and villagers
- Enjoy working and living at the remote area
- Good communication in both written and spoken English
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills
- Highly self motivated and strong analytical skills
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- Creative, self starter, team player and having self integrity
- Will be placed in Samarinda
