Human Resources Supervisor
(Kalimantan Timur)

Requirements:

• Qualification:
• S1 degree in Law or Psychology
• Min. 3 years experience in HR Generalist
• Understand related man power regulations, including expatriate formalities.
• Having knowledge in Training & -Development and competency & assessment
• Having knowledge in compensation benefit concept
• Having knowledge in recruitment system and HRIS
• Excellent communication in both written and spoken English
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills
• Highly self motivated and strong analytical skills
• Computer literate (MS Office)
• Creative, self starter, team player and having self integrity
• Will be placed at remote area in East Kalimantan
