We are a well established foreign conglomerate having business interest in palm oil plantations, breweries, financial services and leisure. GoodHope Asia Holdings Limited is the groups’ plantations in Indonesia who has a land bank in excess of 100,000 hectares of plantations and mills in Central Kalimantan, West Kalimantan, South Kalimantan and East Kalimantan. In line with our expansion plans and commitments for growth, we are now seeking to recruit high caliber and dynamic professionals.

Assistant - Mill Maintenance [AMM]
(Sampit)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and execute plan maintenance schedule.
• Plan and implement an effective work schedule taking into account productivity and workshop operating cost.
• Able to motivate and lead a team of workers to achieve maintenance milestones.
• Able to plan the spare requirement taking into account cash flow and availability of spares in time of need.
• Able to differentiate scheduled maintenance and preventive maintenance and understand the role of each in planned maintenance program.
• Mindful of safety and health requirements.
• Implement all relevant EHS policies, procedures, and SOPs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, agricultural engineering.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in palm oil mill is a must.
• Preferably senior staffs specializing in engineering - Civil/construction/structural or equivalent. Job role in Others or equivalent.
