GoodHope Asia Holdings Limited is the groups’ plantations in Indonesia who has a land bank in excess of 100,000 hectares of plantations and mills in Central Kalimantan, West Kalimantan, South Kalimantan and East Kalimantan. In line with our expansion plans and commitments for growth, we are now seeking to recruit high caliber and dynamic professionals.

Manager - Humas Land Compensation [MHLC]
(Kalimantan Barat, Kalimantan Tengah)

Responsibilities:

• Pengadaan lahan baru bagi perusahaan,
• Tanah harus sesuai dan produktif untuk penanaman kelapa sawit termasuk akuisisi,
• Menangani masalah kompensasi lahan berdasarkan kebijakan perusahaan dan pemerintah dalam konsultasi dengan penasihat perkebunan, asisten manajer, administrasi dan departemen pemerintah,
• Memberikan solusi yang terbaik bagi perusahaan dalam hal kompensasi tanah,
• Memiliki hubungan yang baik dengan instansi terkait dan pejabat Pemda setempat.

Requirements:

• S-1 jurusan pertanian
• Minimum 5 tahun pengalaman dalam posisi managerial di bidang land compensation perkebunan kelapa sawit (WAJIB)
• Bersedia ditempatkan bekerja di Nabire, Papua
