Branch Manager (BM)
(All Around Indonesia)

Responsibilities:

• The incumbent will be responsible to manage company operation (branches) that includes Sales, Service, Credit and Collection area. The responsibilities cover strategic idea to foster the growth of branch and implemented operational activities that support those vision. At the same time, the incumbent should able to foster the target, managing risk and give the excellent service to the customer.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience as Branch Manager (preferably in financing company or banking), strong in management skill specifically in leadership and developing subordinates, strong strategic thinking to create branch vision, strong networking, communication and presentation skill. Literate in English is a must. The incumbent should be able to be assigned in all around Indonesia.
