Project Leader Kalimantan
(Kalimantan Timur - Balikpapan)

Responsibilities:

Assist the Manager to plan, organize staff, direct control and lead the Operations
Monitoring project shipment in process CKB
To ensure that admin process on well
To ensure the subordinates will meet service performance requirements.
To promote open communication, proactive approaches to problem solving and best practice implementation.
Ensure the effective implementation of SOP.
Understanding Safety inquiry every project
Participate in training and coaching front line staff to effectively perform the functions and activities of the team.
Ensure that the required daily and weekly performance reports are prepared in a timely manner.
To manage the operations of Air, Sea and Road Freight and Customs Clearance divisions functioning at high level performance and all functions are operational in cost effective and efficient.
To provide guidance and guidelines for operations staff when they encounter problems in performing day to day tasks.
To give right leadership, example and support to operations team.
To grow and maintain good relationship with customers and service providers and or vendors or business partners to meet customer requirements and expectations and gain customer trust and confidence for current and future business.
Carry out regular meeting with the team, inform and advise new changes and policy of the company.
Verify vendors invoice ensuring that all tally with the agreed rates
Raise claim to the vendors on damages and losses.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in any field.
Required skill(s): basic rigging, basic cargo.
Preferred skill(s): communication, computer.
Required language(s): English.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent. Job role in Supervisor/Team Lead or Logistics.
