HUMAN RESOURCE DEPARTMENT (HRD)
Qualifications:
1. Pria/ Wanita
2. Pendidikan min. S1, diutamakan jurusan Manajemen SDM /HR / Sarjana Hukum / Psychology
3. Bergengalaman dibidang Human Resources min 2 tahun dalam mengelola unit kerja SDM
4. Pemahaman mengenaiperaturan UU ketenagakerjaan di Indonesia
5. Memiliki kemampuan bahasa Inggris & Komputer e.g word,excel
6. Memahami & banyak pengetahuan mengenai sistem informasi HR yang terkait dengan hr strategic, performance management & appraisal, compensation benefit, recruitment learning development & industrial relation
7. Mempunyai skill Kepemimpinan, Integritas (dapat menjadi role model). , Analytical thinking,Kerjasama, Pemahaman Interpersonal, Pengembangan orang lain
8. Memahami pengelolaan SDM di perusahaan berdasarkan strategi jangka panjang dan jangka pendek yang telah ditetapkan sesuai dengan peraturan pemerintah yang berlaku agar diperoleh SDM dengan kinerja, kapabilitas dan kompetensi yang sesuai dengan yang diinginkan perusahaan.
9. Dapat mengatur kedisiplinan kerja karyawan yang ada di perusahaan secara tegas dan jujur.
10. Memiliki kepribadian yang baik dan suka bekerja keras.
11. Memiliki kemampuan untuk merekrut dan menseleksi calon karyawan yang mempunyai skill sesuai dengan yang diinginkan perusahaan.


MARKETING
Qualifications:
1. Male/Female max. 35 years old
2. Working experience min. 2 years in Marketing/Sales
3. Experience in oil & gas industry preferred.
4. Highly self- motivated, responsibility, good PERSONALITY,good ATTITUDE & attractive looking
5. Possess creativity, outstanding presentation, excellent COMMUNICATION & INTERPERSONAL skill.
6. Competence in Ms.Office e.g word, excel, power point .
7. Ability to communicate in English fluently both oral & written
8. Able to make weekly/monthly report and sales plan
9. Has skill / ability to do market research and find new potential customers
10. Has strong passion in sales & ability to work individually as well as team.
11. Abilitiy to maintain good relationship with customer.
12. Hard working & ready to travel out of city if needed.

SECRETARY
1. Female preferred max 30 years old
2. Min. Qualification, Diploma (D3)
3. Working Experience min 2 years in secretary.
4. Possess Good personality, attitude and attractive looking.
5. Ability to communicate in English fluently both oral & written
6. Excellent communication skill & interpersonal skill.
7. Highly self- motivated\
8. Competence in Ms. Office
9. Ability to screen & summarize information into useful data & make Minutes of Meeting.
10. Ability to meet deadline and help director to follow up task list from Minutes of Meeting.
