Responsibilities:
- Manage and update all Employee DB in hardcopy and soft copy
- Maintain and archive employee legal documents and update status changes
- Make periodic HR report for management review
- Make periodic HR report for training need and career development
- Make periodic employee absentee report
- Analyze and make report on employee individual performance and disciplinary issues.
- Ensure that all HR data are interconnected with each other
- Make integrated work program for HR department
- Maintain and ensure that computer usage policy are in effect
Requirements:
Willing to travel anywhere in Indonesia
- Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree(preferably in IT discipline)
- Skill with HRIS like Sunfish, Pro-Int, Oracle HRM, Orange, and similar system, Project Management.
- Able to work hard under pressure
- Have communication skill,
- Like to face challenges,
- Proactive, analytical, and able to do multi tasking
- Honesty and integrity
- Meticulous with an eye for details
- Customer satisfaction-oriented

- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, any field.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
