sectors of oil, gas and geothermal projects worldwide, are seeking an
enthusiastic, hard-working and motivated individual to fill the position
of:
(Kalimantan Timur - Balikpapan)
Responsibilities:
- Maintain Quality Management System and ensure all paper work are completed
- 100% Crane Inspection (includes inspection in the weekend and at night)
- Inspect all incoming and outgoing equipments / tools
- Review Quality Requirements in Purchase Request / Purchase Order before issuing PO to suppliers
- Follow up outstanding Quality Documents from supplier upon receiving
- Monitor and arrange for tools’ calibration
- Coordinate and communicate our Quality Requirements with supplier
- On-site inspection and witness upon request
- Conduct supplier audit
- Conduct quality related trainings
- Weatherford meets the requirements, monitor the progress, allocate actions and close out customer non-conformance reports (CNCR’s)
- Assist in the development of Product Line Specific QHSE packages for the district
- Competent supervisory skills.
- Good employee interpersonal skills.
- Mechanical, machining aptitude.
- Basic written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong written and verbal Bahasa Indonesia communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
- Basic understanding of Weatherford oilfield product and operations
- Ability to communicate with people at all levels
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Has full knowledge with API Spec 7, 5CT, DS-1 and related oil and gas standard.
- Flexible and adaptable to a changing environment
- Mature, independent resourceful and organized
- 5 years in supervisory position, ideally within oilfield service company
