HR System Development Officer (HRSD)

Requirements:

• Graduated from Psychology, Management, Law or any related field, min. 4 years experience in Human Resources System specializing on organization development
• Having proven experiences in job analysis, job evaluation, remuneration system design competency, profiling & mapping
• Mature, dynamic and open minded
• Good communication skill & interpersonal skill
• Hard worker & able to work under pressure
• Placement in Jakarta but willing to travel to our sites
