operating in the Makassar Strait region. In addition they also engage in
other support services for the activities of oil and gas services
company.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the Port Operations, Scheduling and Marine, Civil and Infrastructure Departments to meet agreed company standards in a safe and cost effective manner.
- Responsible for the cost centre budgets, monitor and report cost variances from budget.
- Integrate and manage a range of business systems and planning techniques to sustainably operate the port facility at world best practice levels
- Coach and support the Operations Lead Team to exceed operational KPI's
- Provide training as required to continuously improve supervisor skills and leadership performance
- Coach and deliver safe effective practices to support the business drive of Zero Harm

- Bachelor degree from Business, Comercial, Logistic, and port management
- A minimum of 10 years experience at Superintendent level or above
- A minimum 10 years working in a mining or material handling environment
- Qualifications in mining or logistics related discipline
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Willing to be base in Penajam area
