Procurement Manager

Requirements:
- Female/Male max. 40 years old
- Min. Diploma 3 qualification in Business management or relevant
- 2 years of technical experiences in the purchase of commodities, materials, equipment, and / or supplies
- Have a good communication skill, good in negotiation with supplier, well organizes and highly accurate
- Strong knowledge of purchasing procedures and good ability in researching/sourcing
- Oil and Gas industry experience is preferable
- Good interpersonal skills with strong customer driven behavior
- Ability to communicate in English fluently both oral and written
- Over 2 years hand on experience, demonstrated experience in purchasing function, good knowledge of supply chain, inventory, transportation logistics, and operations management as well as having a sound knowledge of export & import, custom clearance, contract, procurement principles, theories and processes
- High integrity, honest, trustworthy and to establish good relations with the principle
- Ability to meet deadline and work extra time if needed.
- Willing to be placed in Balikpapan
