Orchardz Hotel Pontianak, a 3 stars hotel with 148 room and 1 coffee shop located in strategic location at the heart of Pontianak City Looking For qualified dynamic candidate with relevant & Skill experiences for the following position :

Marketing Manager
(Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat-Indonesia)

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities
• Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products
• Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
• Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products
• Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
• Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results
• Determine and manage the marketing budget
• Deliver marketing activity within agreed budget
• Develop pricing strategy
• Liaison with media and advertising

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing, Others, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): technical marketing skills, excellent communication skills, product and industry knowledge.
• Preferred skill(s): developing maintaining marketing strategies, leadership, adaptability.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• Preferred language(s): Chinese.
• At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent. Job role in Marketing Executive or Management.
• 1 Full-Time positions available.
