Finance Supervisor (Kalimantan Timur - Balikpapan) |
Responsibilities:
- Assists FA Manager to plan, organize, staff, direct, control and lead finance and accounting team in Kalimantan Area. This includes development, implementation, and oversight of plans, policies, and procedures especially related to accounting, A/P, A/R, treasury, tax, audit, and measures / reports the results of the team performance in Kalimantan Area.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent. Job role in Management/Cost Accounting/Business Analyst or equivalent.
- Knowledge of working relationships of all functions of the organization and with company stakeholder (tax office, vendors, banks, etc) is mandatory.
- Effective communication skills in English both verbal and written.
- Excellent leadership, problem solving, planning, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Computer literate.
