LOWONGAN KERJA Branch Manager - Balikpapan (Kalimantan Timur - Balikpapan)

Joint our client, multinational freight forwarding company. Currently they are looking for:

Branch Manager - Balikpapan
(Kalimantan Timur - Balikpapan)

Responsibilities:

• Manage the team, which consist of Sales, Costumer Service, Operation and Administration staff
• Review and ensure the shipment operation is according to the quality standard
• Monitor the clearance process until release of the shipment
• Control the branch operational cost
• Monitor and update the customs regulations and processes
• Intervene in case of issue with Customs Department and update the head office in Jakarta
• Review and appoint operational suppliers and partners
• Supervise the trucking coordinator, in charge of all trucking operations (import/export, LCL/FCL/Breakbulk)
• Prepare financial reports
• Promote and generate business

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience in similar position
• Strong knowledge/ experience in freight forwarding industry
• Has experience working in multinational company
• Willing to be located in Balikpapan
• Experience in running Branch Operations and preferably Oil & Gas projects
• Good knowledge of Customs regulations
• Good contacts with Customs Department
• Fluent English
