ICT Specialist
(Kalimantan Timur - Balikpapan)

Responsibilities:

• Perform helpdesk function
• Perform other duties as assigned by immediate Supervisor
• Perform IT administration
• Provides 1st tier support a 24/7 environment
• Produce standard operating procedure or IT Policy related to the daily task
• Create and keep up to date all the Technical Documentation
• Provides support during escalations for problem identification, documentation, and resolution
• Execute performance tuning in order to improve the network performance
• Proactive to all users in term of support and project
• Provide daily support for all applications and regular maintenance
• Perform other activities necessary to support the IT Dept as assigned by IT Manager
• Perform WAN/LAN/Internet Configuration & Troubleshooting
• Perform Server Administration-Server Deployment-Installation-Configuration
• Have a good attitude and teamwork

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): RedHat (RHCE), Cisco (CCNA)
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent. Job role in Database Administrator or Network/System Engineer.
• 1 Full-Time positions available.
• Ready to work within 24x7x365 days environment.
