Legal Manager ( 2 Position)
(Kalimantan or sumatera area)

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree of law from reputable university
• Minimal 3-5 years experience as Legal Manager, with majority of experience in oil palm plantation (prefereble) or from another industries are welcome to apply
• Have experience at a law firm or legal notary office is a must.
• Have experience in handling & monitoring licenses, permits, HGU related to plantation business
• Have good knowledge and understanding of Indonesian corporate law, company law and all relevant laws and regulations relating to oil palm plantation business including Indonesian Land Law, Forestry Law and Environment Law
• Good negotiation, problem solving and interpersonal skills,
• Fluent in written and spoken in English
• Able to work independently and under tight deadlines
• Willing to be placed in Kalimantan or sumatera area
