We are a well established foreign conglomerate having business interest in palm oil plantations, breweries, financial services and leisure. PT. Agro Harapan Lestari (AGRO GROUP) is the groups’ plantations in Indonesia who has a land bank in excess of 100,000 hectares of plantations and mills in Kalimantan Tengah, Kalimantan Barat, Kalimantan Selatan and Kalimantan Timur. In line with our expansion plans and commitments for growth, we are now seeking to recruit high caliber and dynamic professionals. CSR Assistant Manager [Code: AMCSR] (Kalimantan Tengah) Responsibilities: Implement of CSR and corporate communications strategy and activities Preparation of informational materials both for internal and external stakeholders Data and information gathering for communications and reporting by fostering close working relationship with relevant units, notably EHS, HR, etc. Assist in developing, reviewing and implementing CSR framework and corporate communications, Policies and Strategies, and Plan Maintain contacts and networking with key CSR practitioners and partner institutions Assist in developing public relations objectives, at local, regional and national level Preparation of CSR reporting.
