Currently we are seeking for highly motivated professionals to
strengthen our team for the following positions:
BARGING SUPERVISOR & SUPERINTENDENT (BG-SV & BG-SI) – Base in Malinau / Nunukan
§ RESPONSIBILITIES: Plan, organize, and control all wood / log loading
and transport activities to ensure defined
targets achievement; manage jetty operation such as wood receiving,
documents checking, load tally, stacking, and
loading to barge / pontoon; ensure that all log loading, unloading,
and barging activities comply to the company's
procedures, rules, regulations; ensure that all equipments are in good
condition and operated safely and productively;
ensure that all incoming woods are enclosed with the required
documents; prepare accurate periodically report.
§ REQUIREMENTS: Min. SLTA graduated; 8-10 years (for BG-SI), 5-7 years
(for BG-SV) experience in similar
activities; good knowledge of forestry transportation, include wood
loading / unloading; mastering Marine Transport
Maintenance & Management as well as Marine Transport Regulation &
Practice; good knowledge of Basic Legal and
Basic Finance; excellent in planning and organizing; and strong
leadership skill.
STEVEDORING COORDINATOR (SV-CO) – Base in Balikpapan Barat
§ RESPONSIBILITIES: Organize shipping and receiving activities; handle
all port custom clearance matters and
supervise stevedoring labors; maintain positive relationship with
related department or government.
§ REQUIREMENTS: Min. Senior High School or Diploma graduated
(preferable in Maritime Academy); min. 5 years
relevant experience in similar activities; proven knowledge on cargo
handling operation (loading / unloading), include
equipment and documentation; knowledgeable on port and terminal
operation; understanding of Basic Legal and
Basic Finance; good relation with custom; understand all obligation
and rules; strong personality and mature.
ELECTRICAL SUPERINTENDENT (EL-SI) – Base in Balikpapan Barat
§ RESPONSIBILITIES: Control and coordinate the chip mill electrical
and automation system maintenance; conduct
test and inspection of electrical and automation system equipment to
ensure readiness before returning to operation;
evaluate equipment conditions; submit technical report and
recommendation regarding repair work to reduce
recurrence of equipment failures and reduction on maintenance cost;
ensure the EHS standards and or procedures
are well-implemented in the electrical/automation-related activities.
§ REQUIREMENTS: Minimum Diploma in electrical or electronics
engineering; min. 8 years relevant experience; able
to develop plans, designs, specifications, cost estimates, and
engineering standards for electrical system; good
knowledge and skills of electrical systems design. good understanding
of electrical maintenance in wood chipping
facility; good knowledge of store function, parts inventory, and
mechanical maintenance; good understanding of chip
mill construction and operation; strong leadership skills.
HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATION TRAINER (HE-TR) – Base in Malinau / Nunukan
§ RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop material of HE (excavator, bulldozer,
motor grader, skidder, backhoe loader,
compactor, etc.) operation training; identify training need of
existing HE operators; contribute in reducing number
of HE accident; involve in recruitment process of HE operators;
responsible in SIMPERing (Surat Izin Mengemudi
Perusahaan) for HE operators.
§ REQUIREMENTS: Minimum SLTA graduated; 3-5 years relevant experience
in similar post; proven skills in operating
various HE or experienced as HE Operator; workplace training
certified; mastering Basic First Aid and OHSE;
knowledgeable in training principles & concepts; able and willing to
motivate & facilitate others in learning; strong
leadership skills.
HE ELECTRICIAN (HE-EL) – Penempatan di PPU / Kukar
§ PERSYARATAN: Mampu melakukan perbaikan sistem elektrik dan perangkat
panel kontrol pada seluruh atau
beberapa alat-alat berat berikut: Excavator, Bulldozer, Motor Grader,
Compactor, Skidder, Backhoe Loader, Log/
Dump Truck, dan alat berat lainnya; pendidikan min. SMK Teknik Mesin;
pengalaman min. 5 tahun.
HE MECHANIC (HE-MC) – Penempatan di PPU / Kukar
§ PERSYARATAN: Mampu melakukan perawatan, perbaikan, dan modifikasi
terhadap seluruh atau beberapa alat
berat berikut: Excavator, Bulldozer, Motor Grader, Compactor, Skidder,
Backhoe Loader, Log/Dump Truck, dan alat
berat lainnya; pendidikan min. SMK Teknik Mesin; pengalaman min. 5 tahun.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Computer and English literate.
- High personal work-motivation, communicative, proactive, and creative.
- High orientation on cost-effectiveness, quality, time-frame, and safety.
- High professional-integrity and excellent teamwork skills.
- Willing to travel and relocate to remote areas in East Kalimantan.
