Head Synergy
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta Selatan)

Responsibilities:

• Expand portfolio business by having regular visiting
• Maintain relationship with client form business partners
• Sales Direction to all team members
• Responsible for market and potential customer analysis to increase revenues
• Ensuring the capability of the sales team to achieve the objective
• Provide excellent services to all customers.

Requirements:

• Age Between 30 – 40 years old
• Min. S1 from any discipline
• Min.5 yrs exp. in General Insurance Company (especially in handling leasing or banking)
• Min.3 yrs exp. in Managerial positions
• Strong Leadership, Excellent Communication &  Presentation Skill
• English & Computer Literate is a must
• Highly motivated, discipline, honest, client oriented
• Strong knowledge of system, business plan & procedure
