RESPONSIBILITY

The jobholder is responsible to ensure target for both card and personal loan achievable, and or within plan and support the channel management, ie. exhibition for card, tele marketing, etc. He/ she will also responsible to maximize all potencies and liaise with related parties to bring more customers; to prepare the comprehensive training modules and find the most effective method to deliver with objectives of sales productivity and quality improvement and to ensure cost management well

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Have minimum 3 years experiences in sales and or marketing driven, consumer goods or retail products will be advantages
• Strong leadership capability, good attitude, high integrity, and proven team player.
• Excellent communications and people relationship skill
• Full of creativity and good presentation skill
