PT Matahari Kahuripan Indonesia (MAKIN Group), a rapidly growing Palm Oil company with its planting location spread in all over Indonesia (mostly in Sumatra and Kalimantan), is the holding company of numerous subsidiaries involved in various sectorsof agribusiness, including palm oil, reforestation, timber estate,and clove plantation.

The company is now seeking a highly qualify candidate for the position:
Legal Assistant (LA) (Sumatera & Kalimantan)

REQUIREMENT



*
Minimum S1 in Law with GPA of 3.00 or above from reputable university.
*
Have minimum 3 years in a notary’s office and a law firm or related industry.
*
Excellent interpersonal skills to allow interaction at all levels of personnel in various functions.
*
Able to make company contract, implement legal due diligence, give legal opinion (when being asked), etc.
*
Fluent in English is advantage
*
Willing to travel around Indonesia.
*
Must be able to work independently or in team with attention to details, able to work under pressure, trustworthy and high sense of loyalty and able to work independently to meet tight deadlines.
*
Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Pw.Point, Open Office)
*
Willing to be stationed in Sumatera and Kalimantan
