PT Potentia HR Consulting has been retained by a very reputed US Multinational to recruit a dynamic and result oriented Project Manager for its expanding operations in Indonesia. Our Client is a global leader in Engineering and Construction service for the power and mining industries.

Project Manager ( Expatriate or Local )

The role of the Project Manager is to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines, quality requirements and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. Key Responsibilities will include:

• Project Planning/Bidding Process : project costing, scheduling, negotiating with subcontractors, project planning, risk management
• Project Management and Implementation: Liaise with project stakeholders, manage project critical path, control and direct subcontractors , manager project team .
• Project Control, Monitoring and Reporting : manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.

The candidate will also build and develop relationships with the client for smooth project execution and to lay ground work for future projects. He will develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.

Qualifications : An Engineering degree , PMP Certification , MBA desirable , at least 10 years of work experience in large-scale project management . Good oral and written English / along with expertise in project management tools, such as Microsoft Project and/or Primavera .
