Qualifications:

* Visionary Leadership
* HR Technology (knowledge about integrated IT for HR system).
* HR Operational (hr strategic, performance management, compensation benefit, recruitment and learning development, industrial relation)
* Business Knowledge (Integrated HR and business knowledge in the one policy)
* Personal Contribution (Networking, work administration, etc)
* Experience 15 years in HR managerial level, preferably has working experience in plantation, forestry or other natural resources industry
* Jakarta Based
