PT. Madhani Talatah Nusantara a company which provides specialized construction and mining contracting services to the resources sector through-out Indonesia is seeking suitably qualified and experienced personnel for the following senior positions.
Recruitment Supervisor – Site Area (Code: RSPV)

Requirements :

* Male/female, max 35 years old
* Graduate in Psychology/ Bachelor degree or S1 (as an Psycholog is an advantage)
* Min 5 years.experience in same position in mining or construction industries
* Experience in recruitment based competency (assessment & tools) and development candidate database
* Experience in interview technique, Psychological tools, scoring and interpretation.
* Experience dealing with Manpower, site mobilization and demobilization will be an advantages.
* Strong leadership skills, good analytical and strategic thinking.
* Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written.
* Excellent Computer literate.


All above positions preferred able to communicate in English and basic computer skills.
