We are looking for qualified applicants for the following positions :
PROJECT MANAGER CIVIL / MARINE (PCM)

Qualifications :

He will be initially based at our head office in Jakarta to support marine tenders and projects. Your direct responsibilities will be coordinating a team of engineers in the head office, responsible for ; tender applications, managing of the tender teams, works preparation for new projects, continuous improvement of work-preparation and quality procedures. Assignment to projects as Engineering manager or Project Manager will be possible as well. Applicants should have : University degree in civil or maritime engineering, minimum of 8 years experience on civil and marine construction projects, Candidates with experience for international contractors are preferred, good understanding of cost control, contract administration, and safety. Dynamic person with high level of self motivation and self confidence, leadership/management competencies, good level of judgment and problem analysis skill for technical as well interpersonal matters, pro-active person

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
Has a planning & Organising capabilities, strong in leadership skill , team worker and good command of English both oral and written.
