Roles and responsibilities:
* Responsible for recruitment of students through: sales, constant implementation and development of new ideas, constant market research, networking, marketing strategies and efficient communication with faculty and students;
* Responsible for supervision and evaluation of staff and faculty members;
* Responsible for providing day-to-day educational leadership to the school;
More specifically, the incumbent will be accountable for and expected to:
* Develop a solid creative brand strategy and new positioning plan to enhance the College’s reputation and visibility;
* Supervise staff and faculty members;
* Direct projects, and provide coaching/counselling/leadership to faculty members and staff;
* Build partnerships with industry leaders to develop internship agreements for graduating students;
* Supervise the planning, coordination and execution various student events;
* Develop and integrate new communication and marketing channels;
* Ensure a proper transition of College’s new culture values and make sure these are reflected through consistency in increase of students enrolment, teaching quality, timely exchange of information with the board of directors;
* Bring to the attention of the board of directors such matters and data about the needs and operation of the College as are appropriate to keep him fully informed in order to meet its responsibilities;
* Proper planning of yearly budget and expenses.
Experience and professional expertise:
* Solid business and sales experience;
* Clear understanding of the private education field;
* Superior English writing and editing skills
* Strong sales and business skills, organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects and conflicting deadlines;
* Must work well under pressure;
* Highly motivated, strong interpersonal and leadership skills, team player;
* Knowledge of Word, Excel and Powerpoint, and all forms of electronic communication,
* including web;
* Positions opened in Jakarta, Surabaya, Manila and Ho Chi Minh City
Academic Background:
* Bachelor’s degree in management or marketing with pertinent experience;
